Parcel Delivery Times:
We will try to fulfil your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email from us, with your order details and tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
Deliveries may take 2-10 days and are between 9.00AM and 5.30PM Monday to Saturday.
Please note there will be no weekend or public holiday deliveries.
There may be slight delays, due to any prevailing situation and environment conditions, so please allow few extra days for your order to be delivered.
Missing or lost packages:

and let us know if your item hasn't been delivered within expected timeframe, and you're concerned that it's missing or lost. Quote your order reference number in the email.
Alternatively you can also place an enquiry with the shipping carriers regarding the missing parcel. Contact information of the carriers will be available on the tracking summaries.
